You should also pay attention to footnotes as the best answer to your question is found in footnote 5. That is about as good as it is going to get describing the methodology used to create the leaderboard. Wikis are not known for their academic rigor. Qian Zilan wrote a good article.

Nice read especially your China AGI pilled questions on a) what is AGI & b) what do you mean by China? The 'Way to AGI' seems like a fringe rather than mainstream in that the constraints on chips, govt policy et al probably have a bigger influence as I explore in a post I did yesterday to understand why the buzz feels so different in China vs the US.
