So, I think the problem here is much deeper than just, all the Americans are racist and want to keep the foreigners out. He probably would have had a great opportunity if he had found something Wall Street or some kind of financial shenanigans companies wanted to use in the Wall Street casino.
There were no companies that needed his expertise. We out sourced and neglected this type of industry years ago unfortunately.
